How to check in:
(1) Check your appointment reminder to identify which provider you are scheduled to see.
(2) At the appointment time, click on the “CHECK IN” button below that provider’s photo/name on this web page to go to the secure telemedicine website.
(3) Follow the instructions on the telemedicine web app.
(4) The provider may be running late (we apologize!) so please remain online. If you don’t hear from the provider by 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, please contact the office by secure text messaging to alert the staff.
